Above to the right is a picture showing some progress of my 2005 synth project.
Two modules are now completed.

1 VCO, 1 VCF, 1 VCA, 2 EG, 1 LFO and a modulation sequencer.
Some designers belive in having as many oscillators as possible to combine
them and get a fat sound. I go in the opocite direction, one oscillator with
multiple choices to modulate it.

If you know how to use modulation you can get really nice sounds without
having to double voices. One of the fattest sounds comes from TB-303 which
has only one oscillator but has a great filter and is modulated the right way.

The studio currently consist of only a Roland MC-909.
